Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, KhelKhabari.com will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it, in accordance with our obligations under the DMCA.

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe that material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA takedown notice was not infringing or was removed in error (e.g., due to fair use or mistaken identification), you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must be in writing and include the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):

  1. Your Physical or Electronic Signature.
  2. Identification of the Removed Material: Specify the material that was removed or disabled and the location (e.g., URL) where it appeared before removal.
  3. Statement of Good Faith Belief: Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Contact Information: Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. Consent to Jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or any judicial district in which KhelKhabari.com may be found if you are outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice or their agent.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, KhelKhabari.com will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not initiate legal action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the material, as per DMCA guidelines.

Repeat Infringer Policy

KhelKhabari.com reserves the right to terminate accounts or access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright, in accordance with our policies and DMCA requirements.
